From a young age, I was fascinated by the growing process. By how my grandfather was always checking the grapes. Whether it was cold out or hot. He was constantly checking to see how they were doing.
Growing anything is a process that teaches you patience. Nothing just pops up over night. Every step of the process is critical and most of it is out of your hands. Some years you get the rain you need. Some years you don't.
As a 3rd generation vintner, I've learned to be patient. I've learned to work hard. I've learned to enjoy the process. It isn't always easy, but it's absolutely always worth it. I hope you'll come and experience it for yourself very soon.
